Therapy for women ready to rebuild self-trust and reclaim their voice

Online Throughout Texas

Maybe Some of This Sounds Familiar

These are the women I sit with every week – capable, caring, and quietly carrying more than anyone knows. See if you recognize a piece of yourself.

Avery
Avery

Hoping the Next Conversation Will Fix It

Avery is tired of relationships that run one direction. She over-gives. She second-guesses her own gut. She keeps telling herself that if she just communicates a little better, things will finally even out.

So she stays patient. She stays kind. And she keeps waiting for the version of the relationship she can feel but never quite reach.

Underneath all of it sits the question she can't put down:
"Is it me, or am I finally seeing this clearly?"

Brooke
Brooke

Looks Like She Has It All Together

Brooke is the dependable one. Organized, capable, the person everyone counts on. Her mind never turns off. Rest comes with guilt.

She says yes when she means no, then resents the yes for the rest of the week.

On paper, her life works. But functioning is not the same as feeling okay, and Brooke knows the difference better than anyone.

Elena
Elena

Grieving a Life She Thought She'd Have

Elena's world changed faster than she could process it. A relationship ended. Her role as a parent shifted. She's starting over in ways she never planned for.

She's grieving the future she expected while still showing up strong for everyone who needs her.

Still caring. Still capable. Still responsible. And quietly wondering when someone will ask how she's holding up.

Marisol
Marisol

Managing Everyone Else's Emotions

Marisol keeps the peace. She senses tension before anyone says a word and smooths it over before it grows.

She's spent so long walking on eggshells that her own needs went quiet. Now she carries resentment and guilt in the same breath.

She's good at making everyone else comfortable. She's forgotten what it feels like to be comfortable herself.

The names and stories above are illustrative composites, not real clients.

You're in the right place

Love Shouldn't Require Losing Yourself

If you saw a piece of yourself in Avery, Brooke, Elena, or Marisol, you’re in the right place.

A few hard chapters don’t define the rest of your story. You can be grieving and growing, scared and brave, uncertain and still moving forward – all on the same page.

These chapters can feel like the whole book. They aren't.

Clarissa Stolte, Licensed Professional Counselor Hi, I'm Clarissa
A little about me

Warm, honest, and grounded.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I help women come back to themselves after anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and the relationships and seasons that asked them to disappear.

My style is warm, honest, and grounded. I won’t just sit back and nod. I also won’t push you somewhere you’re not ready to go.

We move at a pace that respects what you’ve carried and where you want to go next. The work we do together rebuilds self-trust, reclaims your voice, and helps you rewrite the story you’ve been living by.

Most of my clients arrive sure that wanting more makes them selfish. They leave knowing it makes them human.

How Therapy Helps

Change Can Look Like This

The same women, a little further down the road. These are just some of the ways therapy has helped my clients move forward.

Avery
Avery

Chooses people who choose her back.

Avery stopped pouring herself into relationships that only took. She trusts her gut again, names what she needs out loud, and chooses people who choose her back.

Brooke
Brooke

Living a life that finally feels like hers.

Brooke learned that rest isn't something she has to earn. The guilt has loosened its grip, the no's come easier, and her own life finally feels like it's hers.

Elena
Elena

Thriving in live instead of just surviving.

Elena still misses the future she planned. But she's no longer only surviving it. She's grieving honestly and growing slowly.

Marisol
Marisol

Stopped abandoning herself to keep everyone else happy.

Marisol found her voice in the rooms she used to manage. She still cares deeply.
